ORIENTED BUTTON SHAPED SIKHOTE-ALIN WITH LIP- OVER & FLOW!

Excellent example of a Sikhote Alin Coarsest Iron Octahedrite meteorite from the Maritime territory of Russia that fell February 12, 1947.  This specimen is very interesting in that it is oriented meaning that it stabilized during it's brief flight through the Earth's atmosphere rather than tumble randomly.

Weight of this specimen is 9.9 grams
